Not sure who I spoke to on the phone I shoulda asked but she was extremely rude, said bye and hung up, didn’t actually help me at all, if you don’t like your job than leave! Don’t make others miserable because you are!
This office runs horribly. Each person says something different. Giving me wrong NPI # and you cannot make an appointment without referral. When I got referral faxed like they requested I called 2-3 hours after my PCP faxed it and then they said it takes days to get. I called days later and they did not have the referral. Absolute mess of an office and I never walked through front door.
I'm disappointed in this office as I'm sure the actual providers are excellent but that's only if you get to see and speak with one- instead, I spoke with a receptionist who was intensely unpleasant. She interrupted me numerous times in our 3 minute chat including insisting records LGH already has be sent over and made it abundantly clear she was bored and just wanted to be off the phone. Thanks lady, discouragement is just what we need when we're in such a tough spot that we need specialized care.
