Very good office visit got checked in with ease saw Dr Pacheco within 4 minutes of signing in went over lab results and any of my concerns discussed new sensor options and booked next appointment With staff quick and easy everyone always very nice and helpful

I took my mom to see Dr. Arauz-Pacheco. Nice doctor. The people in the front are super friendly and they play Christian music loud and proud.
Been a patient for about two years. NP I used to see left now, I can’t even get them to call me back to schedule an appointment with one of the other providers, totally abandoned me, do not recommend.
I’ve spent months trying to get the office to call me back. I’ve left multiple messages with no luck. I was a patient a few years back and saw Dr lender as well as nurse practitioner Polly. I LOVED them! With the office staff I left and saw someone else. I wanted to go back to Polly because her and Dr lender, They are absolutely amazing!. But the office customer service is horrible! The only complaint I’ve ever had about this office.
