Dr. Darius Schneider has been my endocrinologist for years and I have been very pleased with his treatment of my thyroid condition. My experience with the office staff is that they have always been pleasant and professional. Dr. Schneider is an exceptional endocrinologist in that he doesn't just treat thyroid disorders by lab results alone. He will actually listen to a patient and factor in the symptoms. He is knowledgeable and thorough. I have felt much better under Dr. Schneider's care and I can highly recommend him.
Tried calling several days and times. The receptionist was so unprofessional and rude. She kept putting me on hold without acknowledging that I'm a person and a patient. I dropped this office like hotcakes! Horrible. I can find better doctors.
Getting an appointment with Dr Schneider is nearly impossible and then when you finally get an appointment with him 5 months out they call to cancel and reschedule for another 4 months out! I understand things happen but this is a total lack of professionalism and disregard for peoples time and health. Also the staff who answers the phone are rude and lack empathy and forget that they are in the healthcare industry where empathy is one of the most important things they should have as they are the face of the doctor office!
