Update: It seems someone reached out to me and expressed their apologies, which was appreciated, and they also had room to book me for an appointment. I still think this place needs better communication, but I appreciate their attempt to help me. So I made an appointment at this facility months in advance. Recently had the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor before. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and have been on thyroid medication for 2 years. Was referred here by my primary doctor since he doesn't monitor pregnancy with thyroid medication and due to the pregnancy was needing a higher medication dose and experiencing low thyroid symptoms due to this (which is normal in pregnancy because you use more of that hormone).
