I want to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for every person we interacted with during our appointment on Tuesday. First visit I was taken back by nurse who was kind. Answered questions and sent back to waiting room. Sat there for 30 minutes and asked why it was 45 min past my appt. Dr came out and brought me to a room and asked for my labs. I explained I was told by her staff to come in and she would order labs. She said ok, ordered my labs and said come back in 2 weeks. I got labs done and went back to meet with NP and she read my lab results. She asked why I came in for blood results I said I was just doing what the dr asked me to do.... read more
I had the pleasure of seeing Cortney Roesch, APRN, and I cannot say enough great things about her! From the moment I walked in, she fully listened to my concerns and took the time to understand my history regarding my thyroid. My experience was very good. First time with this doctor. Getting an appointment being a new patient took a month out but that seems the normal when going to a new doctor. Arrived 15 minutes early as recommended. Check in was simple and the staff was friendly. Got to a room and nurse did her thing and the doctor came in a few minutes later. Doctor listened to me. Was very satisfied with this doctor and staff. Set up another appointment with the doctor and blood work.
