My experience was very good. First time with this doctor. Getting an appointment being a new patient took a month out but that seems the normal when going to a new doctor. Arrived 15 minutes early as recommended. Check in was simple and the staff was friendly. Got to a room and nurse did her thing and the doctor came in a few minutes later. Doctor listened to me. Was very satisfied with this doctor and staff. Set up another appointment with the doctor and blood work.
I want to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for every person we interacted with during our appointment on Tuesday. My wife and I always get the best treatment every time we are at this office. Hoyt is excellent at explaining everything in terms we can easily understand. He shows a great deal of knowledge and compassion. The nurse who took our vitals and the scribe were also excellent. The front receptionist was friendly and efficient.
Not a helpful staff. No one advised me of needing to fast before my blood work, just wasted my time trying to get it completed. Then no answer when trying to call the office. Never enjoyed it here, only go because I have to.
