I've been a patient of Dr. Coo for nine years, and in all that time, he has been nothing short of exceptional. He is consistently patient, kind, professional, and communicative, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer every question. Dr. Coo is an excellent and knowledgeable endocrinologist who genuinely cares about his patients. I particularly value that he calls personally to discuss test results. His staff is also always polite, kind, respectful, and responsive. I can't recommend him highly enough!
I have not been here, but I called to see if I could make an appt. I was told they are not accepting new patients even though their website states that Dr. Anuradha Puri Dua, MD was accepting new patients, and the website directed me to call the office to make the appt as I would have been new. Kind disappointing.
Dr. Coo and Staff are wonderful. They are always nice and pleasant.
Dr Coo is dedicated and focused. His diagnosis and recommendations are targeted and he is an excellent active listener.
