Hi all, I wanted to introduce myself and give my feedback on the Weight Zero program with Dr. Aastha Kalra. I was diagnosed in mid March with Type 2 Diabetes. I had been pre-diabetic for many years prior. I also had gestational diabetes when pregnant with my son 30 years ago. When I got the news from my PCP, I was devastated to say the least.
