I've been seeing Dr. Kinner for over a decade. I really appreciate both her and her fantastic staff. Yes, the schedule can run late. I feel I am extremely lucky to be able to plan around that, because I know it's because she's really focusing on her patients, including me! Many other doctors just rush through appointments, not really taking time to listen to their patients. Dr. Kinner takes the time needed when seeing her patients, so the wait is worth it! :)

They canceled my appointment without telling me. The reason was that i had started to see a different doctor. They confirmed my appointment when i called. I took time off work and wasted my time. They didn't ask why i saw another doctor or why i would want to come back. They were just rude and said we won't take you anymore no matter what. I asked the manager if its mandatory to let them know if i saw another doctor, and she said yes. After she said it was common curiosity. I saw Dr. Kinner for a routine checkup in July of 2022, and after contacting her 3 times via the messaging app and calling her office over 5 times, I still have not been given the diligence of receiving any calls back. All I wanted was for her to tell me about my blood work results. I then received a bill from her office in January of 2023, and have called twice to rectify the situation with no call back from the office AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this office.
