I have been paying my morgage there and it's been hell the worst experience I have been cheated on of money mid year they say that the same thing I didn't pay my taxes and make me pay a whole extra payment over 2500 and the girls there are so unprofessional and rude they have I had the worst experience with a insuramce claim check I submitted photos and they keep saying the same thing and asking for more photos I explained a million times I need to pay my contractor is upset and this has been going on for over 2 months if an... read more
I have a friend that has these unprofessional and unethical people working for this company as her mortgage lender and they have gave her a hard time with her home repairs. I have recommended her and recommed any other customer to this company to report their issues and experiences to the Better Business Bureau these people need to be set straight.
Customer service is 10/10 🙌🏻 Love their service, they are always trying to figure out away to help me when I need the help.
