Can’t believe this happened , my best friend called me in tears after she brought a 22k necklace to them to get it fixed and they gave her another necklace with lower k in return which was not absolutely the first one! When she complained to the guy , he kicked her out of her shop - This is called stealing ! She is now filing a report with the police. Don’t go there unless you want to be scammed !
If I could give him a zero star I would. He stole my broken necklace which was 22K and gave me back God knows what kind of a necklace it was which is much much lighter in weight and probably 14K. Please be aware of these thieves
