I deliver packages for a living and get my shoes and fittings from Dia-foot. Great company and great shoes. Especially the brooks and New Balance. Customer service is top notch! Respectful, calls are constantly answered. I’m always left satisfied after doing business with Dia-Foot

I wouldn't bother with this company. The product is low quality and they seem to always have issues because they try to cut corners/half a** things to save money. All while they overwork and underpay their employees. The first orthotic I ordered on amazon was leagues better for a fraction of the price. I used diafoot products for 7 years (fyi) and regret it lol.

I ordered my shoes from my doctors office several months ago and have yet to receive them! There are several other patients that ordered shoes from Dia-Foot shoes from the same doctors office that I go to and many have been waiting much longer than I have and they haven’t received their shoes either. This is terrible!
