The staff was excellent the only thing I find wrong was there's a limited choice of shoes
My scoliosis and my nerve damage in my feet wasn't good enough for them. Even though my insurance company told them they would cover my orthotics they said they only cover orthotics for people who have diabetes. I feel very discriminated against.
My wife obtained new sneakers, was quick staff very cautious.
I deliver packages for a living and get my shoes and fittings from Dia-foot. Great company and great shoes. Especially the brooks and New Balance. Customer service is top notch! Respectful, calls are constantly answered. I’m always left satisfied after doing business with Dia-Foot
