Went 8/21/26 for an ultrasound. Check in was super fast. Minimal paperwork. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The ultrasound room is so relaxing and peaceful. Technician was super kind and kept a calm energy. Continuously asking if I was okay. The ultrasound room has a bathroom (super clean and organize). Overall the appointment took 30 minutes.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Due to the severe storm, many people lost power, including the imaging center, yet I was given no grace for missing my appointment. I only received text communication no calls or personal follow-up and instead of allowing me to reschedule, I was told I was banned from making future appointments. If I could give this imaging center 0 out of 5 stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience at Chicago Ridge Imaging Center during my anatomy ultrasound. The sonographer, Jamie , was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout my appointment. I politely asked if I could view the ultrasound screen while she was performing the scan, as I had been able to do during previous ultrasounds. I recently had my first MRI with Shay as my technician. I am highly claustrophobic but Shay was patient, kind and supportive and she worked with me until I was able to successfully complete the test. She put my nerves to rest and made an intimidating experience much easier! Thank you Shay for your wonderful bedside manner!
Horribly incompetent. Unable to provide imaging for the providers that refer patients to the office. I've waited weeks for help with the imaging I requested to have their marketing guy come by my office with zero effective solutions for the problem while I was not even there. He made no effort There are better, more advanced places to send your patients for imaging. They have also in the past missed fractures I have caught after the radiologist has read them.
