The receptionist named Abi called 2 days before my appointment to force me to change it without giving me any medical or convincing reason,instead she assumed that a pregnant women doesn't know that an anatomy scan and when it should be done,so her "reason" was that i have to do it on the 21week cause it won't be clear before that,i asked if there is another reason she said no, so i declined the change,so she said:just so you know,you will redo the scan if it's not clear,i said ok?! I had an MRI done today by Shay, she was absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner, energy, kindness and especially when I let her know I’m a hard stick due to many hospital stays my veins are terrible. No joke she found a vein and I didn’t even feel the stick and bam done. I was beyond impressed and thankful for her. Thank you Shay and also front desk was amazing and no wait.
