Office staff was nice, same with MRI tech, but they were late in sending notes to my foot doctor AND they misspelled metacarpal (hand) for metatarsal (foot) 4 times in their report. When I called to speak to a supervisor to let them know, I was put on hold and told…”ok we’ll fix it and send it to your doctor “. No apology, no “I’ll talk to the doctor “, no owning the problem. I will not return nor ever recommend.
Second time here and I love it!! Very caring and great at explaining the steps of my visit! Thank you so much Michell!! Very sweet and kind!!
