The staff are amazing..But the young receptionist is sweet the older one always a nasty attitude zero smile zero personality.... If you are customer service keep it professional
Excellent service, Diane and the hold staff is great. They really know what they are doing.
I have nothing bad to say about the staff - My only complaint is the unprofessional attitude of the secretary. Every time I call or have to speak with her before/after a visit, its like I'm bothering her. And get a smile from her, impossible. My advice to her - get a job you will enjoy because you obviously hate the one you are at.
The great services started when I made a phone call into the office. She was so helpful with my insurance questions and so kind and polite. You can tell that she really enjoys her job. I met the Physical Therapist and he was also very kind. He was thorough with the evaluation. I highly recommend this office.
I was a patient at Achieve serveral times, neck pain, pain after a foot surgery and they are the best. John was my primary Physical Therapist. He is very devoted and serious about his work. I have been to two other treatment centers over the years and can't compare them with Rich, Paul and John. They make hard work seem fun.

Working with Darrel as my physical therapist has helped me overcome physical challenges that at one time, seemed insurmountable. I was having trouble with my back due to excessive computer use, and the Turehab team gave me the care I needed by working directly on my posture and lower back ligaments making me feel like a new born baby.
