This landscaper continues to use leaf blowers prohibited by town ordinance and their business is located in town so they should know better.

This company has been illegally operating with gas leaf blower in Swampscott since late May till the end of July 2024, whereas all gas leaf blower are prohibited within such time, the company disregarded the city law and continue to operate with gas leaf blowers. The noise, gas and toxicity from which they produced are harmful to the neighborhood. They would arrive around 7am in the morning every Tuesday to cause unbearable noise and toxicity to our neighborhood, my 73 year old mom couldn't sleep and so did my neighbors.

This company works in my neighborhood early in the morning around 7am, the noise of several leafblowers working simultaneously are loud enough to wake up the dead, not even noise canceling headphones can work against this earth crumbling sound. Rude workers would oftentimes tell you to take a hike coz they are barely within the noise ordinance mandate. Will it kill you to work a bit later since most people are still in bed around 7am?
