Decided to get together with my 2- sisters and parents for a surprise dinner out for our parents. Made a reservation for 6, from there dinner went downhill. We were sat 5’ from the bar, my 85 year old mother almost got elbowed in the head from a patron at the bar, as I ate my salad, someone bumped into my seat pushing me to the side as well as numerous people that bumped into my husbands chair. First time at DiPaolo's. We had a 6:45 reservation. We had to wait over an hour to be seated, as did many other guests with reservations. It didn't make a good first impression. Thankfully the quality of the food and attentiveness of the service made up for the wait. There were four in our party and not single negative criticism about the food, although we all agreed the prices were somewhat higher per entree compared to other restaurants in the area.
