We had a fantastic experience at Di Pacci. It was refreshing to speak with a real person rather than an AI bot, and being able to see and compare the machines in person made all the difference. Fortch was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer our questions, and helped us confidently choose the Profitec 500 and Eureka grinder. No pressure, just great advice. We’d definitely go back and highly recommend them.
Booked our Rocket in for service and repair of faulty switch. The work was done in a few days for a reasonable price. Fortunato was great to deal with, friendly, professional, knows his stuff. The experience overall was impeccable. Glad we've found a great local coffee machine expert. Will be coming back without doubt.

Great service! Bought a new grinder and ECM - very happy with the service, and advice - was going to buy something far more expensive and was told this was a better option for our needs - and the deal we got was better than anywhere else in Melbourne.
