Great service! Bought a new grinder and ECM - very happy with the service, and advice - was going to buy something far more expensive and was told this was a better option for our needs - and the deal we got was better than anywhere else in Melbourne. Very helpful and knowledgeable When we bought our ECM machine and grinder the owner had a personal call to assist with a user error I was facing with the grinder and step by step helped me through it. Such great service, recommended over buying machines online
On first impression, I was very impressed by the product range in store. I bought an ECM mechanika slim and grinder from Di Pacci in October 2024. The owner gave amazing service, very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve had a few questions since, and they are always happy to answer the phone and assist. Their follow up support is just as great as when you initially buy. They care about supporting their customers long-term. The whole family are now happy Di Pacci customers for life, 10/10!
I recently upgraded from a very capable precision Bella coffee machine which has served me excellently for the last three years to an ECM synchroniser Two .
