Dealing with Mik and the Di Pacci Team for many years now. From Machinery, equipment and or parts, always been straight forward and easy. Support and quick response was always what I experience. I even visited the new site on short notice and was welcome with a smile (a must visit). My respect for these guys knowing every equipment and the range they have to offer and most of all the hard work they do. 👍🏾
We had a fantastic experience at Di Pacci. It was refreshing to speak with a real person rather than an AI bot, and being able to see and compare the machines in person made all the difference. Fortch was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer our questions, and helped us confidently choose the Profitec 500 and Eureka grinder. No pressure, just great advice. We’d definitely go back and highly recommend them.
Booked our Rocket in for service and repair of faulty switch. The work was done in a few days for a reasonable price. Fortunato was great to deal with, friendly, professional, knows his stuff. The experience overall was impeccable. Glad we've found a great local coffee machine expert. Will be coming back without doubt.
