Get EVERYTHING in writing and know they do NOT warranty any of their work. Rich comes off as great & seems super easy to work with (initially) and then backs out of everything he said that isn't explicitly spelled out in detailed writing. Plants are often delayed and some we had to buy ourselves even though they were scoped. Communication is very quick until you sign a contract, then it becomes extremely difficult to get in touch. Submitted a request for a quote on a yard clean up. It took them a few weeks to get back to me. They came out to my property but never reached back out with a quote for services. Poor communication and follow through. Was unable to acquire services from them.
I would recommend DiNunzio's for experience, efficiency, friendly and caring people. They will be my go-to from now on. The secretary is wonderful and helpful. Thanks Rich! I appreciate your promptness.
I've worked with rich for over 10 years. His crew is top notch and they do tremendous work. They created an award winning backyard project at our home.
Our business is in a suite that DiNunzio snowplows. If we are lucky they show up by 8:30 am when the lot is snow covered and cars are already monopolizing the lot. I would think that businesses are plowed first however in this case it is not the case. Would not recommend their snowplowing service.
