The pizza is great, but I had the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Ordered at 9 AM for an 11:45 AM pickup. Arrived and had to wait an extra 45 minutes because their 'system was faulty’ The manager blamed us for not calling to confirm the online order (this was our first time ordering here). When we asked for an accommodation for the delay, she accused us of having a bad attitude.
