I am one of 4 property owners on Hopkins Road in Haddon Township, NJ. Initially I was impressed by their work ethic in the water main replacement. However, they had to tear up the sidewalk grass and part of the yard at the outer edge. They threw some dirt and a poor replacement grass seed. They did not return the edge and left cliffs.
