poor food and service – I called to speak with the manager regarding a complaint I had about some really poor service and cold food, and was greeted by a rude female voice. I asked her If it would be possible to speak with a manager or an owner......she cut me off and brashly replied, "No, but I can answer one question for you...It's lunch time---" First of all it was 10:45, not exactly lunch time, secondly, the customer service skills of this employee are obviously lacking. Overcharge – They advertise a $10.99 large pizza, but if you order it delivered it is $22.00 for the same pizza. I find this outrageous to charge $11.01 for delivery. I didn't add extra cheese just a large pepperoni pizza for $22.00 delivered less than 1 mile away.
