This was my first experience going through a broker to buy a vehicle. I bought a truck for our landowners association. I had very specific requirements for engine size, model, year, mileage, snowplow package, bed size, towing package, suspension, type of cab, and price range. I spoke to several traditional dealers and gave them my list of requirements. not even sure where to start on this review yet. but definitely not happy what whats happening. Don't let them help you with any insurance for sure. They work together to drag things out in their favor. BBB will be notiifed of this and several other concerns.
