I absolutely love Dhyana Yoga! From the moment you walk in, there’s such a calming, welcoming energy. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly make every class accessible for all levels. Whether it’s a gentle flow or a more challenging session, I always leave feeling grounded, centered, and recharged.
I joined Dhyana Yoga in July 2025, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made! I love Body Sculpt and Barre, but Hot Body Sculpt and the heated classes are my absolute favorites. Kaleen, Yuen, Joo, and Amie are all amazing instructors….. their classes are challenging, fun, and leave you feeling so strong and empowered. The studio is always super clean, with lockers and great equipment. They also offer aerial yoga for kids, which my daughter absolutely loved! Classes fill up fast, so definitely book ahead.
if you had asked me two months ago, i would’ve given this place 10/5 stars. But not sure I can say that now. This studio is undergoing many changes - staff, pricing, availability, etc. - so I’m sure the owners are busy and have a lot going on. But that doesn’t mean you get to call me names, when I haven’t had a single negative thing to say about you. Dhyana Yoga Studio has become my go-to workout spot! As a beginner yogi, I absolutely love everything about this place — the instructors are warm and welcoming, the studio is clean and cute and they even let you borrow mats if you’re just starting out. They offer a great mix of hot, cool, and sculpt classes, which makes it easy for beginners to adjust and find their flow. Truly the best yoga studio I’ve found in the New/North Brunswick area!
