Dhyana Velasco is a phenomenal doctor. She demonstrates a high level of professionalism and genuine care . She is very through she puts the time to explain everything very well. And listen’s to all your concerns and questions. She tries to see which is the best treatment plan for each of her patients. She is a definite exemplary doctor and heaven sent .

The patient care I received was fantastic. I feel all questions were answered and concerns addressed. She's a 5 star rating. My issue lies in the system. A 3:15 appointment time should be seen prior to 4:30. I arrived at 3:00 as requested for check-in. I saw numerous women come and go. Not one gal from the desk addressed me to say let me see what's going on. After an hour, I approached them only to feel their annoyance with me. Then I waited another 30 minutes. Dr. Velasco is wonderful. She is patient, knowledgeable and listens. She spent a more than adequate amount of time talking to me and helping me understand my options.
I saw Dr. Velasco for the first time. I found her to be very professional yet kind. She took the time to explain things to me and allowed me to ask many questions.
