About five years ago I had the misfortune to retain David to deal with a real estate issue. A retainer of $ 2000.00 + + was demanded prior to commencing any work in the case. This is a review about renting space from DHW Law (Gwen and David W). I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUILDING A BUSINESS IN AN EXECUTIVE SUITE AT DHW LAW! When I first inquired about the office rental, I asked about the noise level in the office. I was told the noise level we were experiencing at that moment, was a normal level.
