I would NOT recommend this as a transportation solution ever. They have a high lack of communication which I believe is VERY important when dealing with children. I felt the policy for a transportation company is poor in every aspect. They result in solution like never showing to a bus stop full of kids, or showing early and leaving kids. All the things in a parent nightmare. Also they are short staff which it shows. I hate that my school contracts with them and I’m pushing for them to let it go as we speak…

This is the only company we use for field trips. Always professional and on time.
This is the most unprofessional bus company in Detroit the attitudes when you call the company is unbelievable and the bus drivers are no better they show up a half an hour to a hour late not mention the bus driver
