Software is lacking. We've had nothing but problems from their software. After assuring us it would batch email invoices, we discovered that ability is still in the works, and not fuctionable. The software is limited in its ability to operate on an accrual basis. It treats any discount plan on a cash basis only, regardless of when the charge is to occur.
