I come 10mins late to an appointment and they cancel the apportionment. It took me about 40+ days to get an appointment and once I schedule it they do this. Shows lack of compassion. Mind you an appointment before this they took 40+ mins to see me right after their lunch break.
made an appointment with Dr dela torres. But was seen by Nurse Ortiz who was extremely rude. when asked her about doctor, she replied saying she is busy and can't see me. Mind you it took me 3 months to make that appointment as they didn't have any sooner opening. worst experience with Nurse ortiz. she had a wrong patient chart open and when inquired if she was looking at my chart, she replied she knew what she was doing. upon insisting she finally realized that she didn't have my chart opened. she didn't go over all my conc... read more

Wonderful nurses! Nurse Cynthia is great nurse. She explained diabetes to my parents in a way no other nurse has explained. I even learned a lot. She even asked my Mom if she had to pee before taking her blood pressure no one had ever asked that. She explained it affect the BP who knew. She is so good. My parents and me like her.
