Worst Customer service EVER! Paid 1/2 ($1200) for a door in October 2015, after being told "2-3 weeks for installation" on five different instances, called at end of January 2016 to find out when the door would be installed, got nothing but attitude from the office assistant (Ashley), then received a Cease & Desist letter stating I could no longer contact them. WHERE IS THE MONEY I HAVE ALREADY PAID YOU???
My business was broken into on a Monday morning. I called DHS and not only were they able to come out and secure the location, the door and all hardware were replaced the same day!!
These guys have done several jobs for us. We haven't been disappointed yet. We will continue to use their services.
