I have never encountered a office like this in my life. I had my first consultation and I was very pleased with the outcome. You can never get anyone on the phone...I have been waiting to be scheduled for a Colonoscopy for 3 weeks now and not a word. I have been calling leaving messages and nothing. I'm very glad my symptoms have gotten better although I could be in dire need of this procedure.
