The employees are so nice and helpful
Susie is obnoxious. My appointment was mismanaged and instead of taking accountability or admitting wrongdoing I was criticized. It is not their job to offer unsolicited judgements/critiques or personally bash a patient on their circumstances. Went there bright and early happy to start my day just to leave feeling depressed. Very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend.
I collected my medical equipment today for 90 days trial and was received by a welcoming and cheerful receptionist and Susie who went above and beyond to make this experience awesome. To be honest , I was a bit sceptical about how this would help but she explained everything in a simple way. Very knowledgeable and kind. I really recommend this center for any sleep medical equipment. Many thanks to both ladies this morning. You are awesome!
The ladies there are excellent. They are always very helpful and professional. Always there to help when needed.
Susie and Lisa the receptionist were very kind and professional about showing me the in's and out's on how to use my new breathing machine for my sleep apnea.I highly recommend doing business with these people.
