Buenas atenciones
Dr Naranjos nurses station never answer the phones!! And when they do they keep telling you to hold for a long time, or they keep giving you the run around. It’s very unprofessional and DO not recommend
I have a Foley catheter which I will probably have for the rest of my life. It has to be changed every month and for the last year and a half or so I have had that done at the Weslaco clinic. I'm also on a blood thinner so the smallest injury will usually bleed profusely. I also need a different size catheter than most patients so just another thing to complicate the employees day. My mom went too this place too get some blood work done, we were scared and anxious because of the low star rating. But they treated my mother well. The phlebotomist hands were nice and smooth, she hardly felt the needle go in, and the process was very quick. he did a very good job!
I needed some annual blood work done for my doctor's office. I was turned down at the hospital due to insurance. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was great.
