There are pros and cons to this field office. I've been provided service a few times and find a few things interesting...... For example, there are no handicapped assigned parking spaces, but there are assigned parking spaces for DHR staff conveniently located to the east side of the building, with direct ease of access to the sidewalk. There is no push to activate button for the disabled, this makes it hard for anyone attending the therapy sessions alone. I use a walker and struggled to open the heavy glass door. George and Rick have been great with my therapy
Front office staff has lack of work ethic and empathy toward the patients. Specially when reaching out by phone . I received a call by someone name CARMEN and was so rude and unprofessional. If they dont want to help accommodate the patient nor explain properly then quit! This can create a challenging environment for poor new pts. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
