Front desk staff was very polite but Go if you have time to spare. 10:15 appt left at 11:15 still hadn’t been seen. Some people had earlier appts than me and were still waiting. Gentlemen got there for his 10:15 appt at 10:35 and was not seen had to reschedule. The audacity he was late. You are warned.
I went to this Place couple of weeks ago and was greeted by very motivated and super professional receptionist Sylvia. She took care of everything super fast. I was then triaged by MA Angel and omg he was super polite and professional. Finally I was taken care by Nurse Practitioner Mrs Maricela Bergstrom and MA MJ. I strongly recommend this place. Best ear cleaning in town. Great customer service and super professional .
My husband is a veteran his appointment was at 10:45 and we were here very early. Have been seeing people that have come after us and it’s almost 2 hrs later and they are seen first then us and we are still waiting. Their excuse was they were running behind. Do not recommend this place at all. Find another ENT or bring a snack.
