I do not recommend this institution. The service is terrible; there's no air conditioning in the office, it's hot, the phone service is awful, and they don't even know how to write the prescriptions. There's poor communication between them and the doctor, and then nobody wants to take responsibility when you don't receive your medication at the pharmacy because the doctor isn't there or whatever excuse they use. Absolutely trash customer service. Entitled can't be bothered irritated that they had to get off their phone mentality and attitude. Multiple times I've had to call DHR urology in Edinburgh to okay my labs but the supervisor at the East Griffin parkway lab and the little manager of that laboratory had so much freaking attitude sort of like a power trip.
