Absolutely trash customer service. Entitled can't be bothered irritated that they had to get off their phone mentality and attitude. Multiple times I've had to call DHR urology in Edinburgh to okay my labs but the supervisor at the East Griffin parkway lab and the little manager of that laboratory had so much freaking attitude sort of like a power trip. I'm a bit disappointed in my vist to this doctors office. I originally had an appointment at 11:15am and got a call from the office telling me if I could go in at 9:00am instead of 11:15am as the physician would not be at the office at that time. So I agreed and I came in at 8:57 am for my 9:00 am appointment. It is currently 10:05 am and I still have not even gotten my vitals checked or anything. I went in with Dr. Twahirwa and in my opinion he is not a good Dr. I asked him what the long term effects of being on Levothyroxine are and he simply said “none, there are no long term effects.” Clearly there are, but after a back and forward conversation I just left it at that… Also, I got scheduled for an appointment today, 2/17. I arrived at the clinic and the front desk worker told me I wasn’t scheduled for any appointment and that the Dr wasn’t even in...
