Alex was very knowledgeable about Solovairs and provided lovely customer service both in person, and with our online order. Alex went above and beyond, even contacting me when he noticed I had ordered the wrong kind of shoe care product for the Solovair boots I had ordered, offering to swap it to the recommended product.

As a returning satisfied customer I can honestly say it's been a pleasure dealing with Alex at d'Honk. The service was friendly and efficient and the Solovair boots were of such good quality that I've come back for more! D'Honk are highly recommended!!
Popped in store for a pair of Solovair boots. Alex was really helpful and good for a chat. Tried on a few pairs and left with some great oxblood derby’s.
