We had an incredible experience! The owner visited our studio multiple times and personally designed every detail for our space. The mirror shown is just one of many custom pieces they created for us.

Greetings, I also sent an email this morning. I'm a little confused. I was initially very very satisfied with the type of customer service that I received. There was a language barrier but we we got past that they were very quick and seemed to be pretty efficient except for the language barrier. However, once I made the final payment, I have not received my receipt as requested and as acknowledged by the young lady who was overseeing the project from the office.
