The person who showed up was agressive. Within 30 seconds of showing up he rang the doorbell twice and called us. He then went on to insist the cost was double of what we were quoted over the phone. When we said we didn't want a deep clean he said he would only take cash.We didn't feel comfortable with the process or the person so we decided not to move forward. He then insisted we pay him $35 just coming out
The staff at DHM Carpets and Rugs Care were very helpful in advising us on their services, speedy in scheduling them, and very courteous, tidy, and thorough in providing them! Our area carpet looks brand new! It did not take long at all, and the work has refreshed the whole level these items are on Very reasonable rate, too! Staff was incredibly friendly and personable!!!
