horrible customer service. moving me from person to person and no one can give me the info about my package that is missing, undeliverable, and being returned to sender. the reason is not explained on the dhl site either. it's been several days and hours on the phone and online.
Horrible! This guy doesn’t do anything. Months are passing and doesn’t respond, give back documents or anything, and we checked with the IRS and nothing was ever filed! My husband liked him for whatever reason but it was impossible to reach him and five months to do a basic tax return? Ridiculous! Had to finally convince my husband this guy was worthless and go somewhere else.
