Can wait ages to collect freight
Item was lost for a month, made multiple calls and emails with no reply. Finally attempted delivery over a month later, I selected the option to have it left in a safe place only to be told that delivery was attempted and a slip was left with instruction. Went home to find no slip and had to wait on hold for 2hrs to organize redelivery, not sure if I will ever receive my parcel.
DHL Supply Chain Sydney: the other name of Customer nightmare in delivery. First they carry on damaged Laptop. They they dont call customer before delivery. It's been 2 months trying to a damn new laptop in 'new' condition - but no luck still !
