The absolute worst! The PARS office at Sarnia and DHL head office are the most incompetent teams I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. The person in charge of setting up my account, Carol couldn’t do so for over a month and Almost caused a disaster with my perishable sea shipment. I found a great broker, Argo customs brokers who cleared my PARS shipment in 30 minutes, account set up included. My recommendation is to never use DHL for anything. Sufyain Kazi was my broker. I found him to be cruel and over a period of months he sought to find minor excuses to not put my belongings forward for customs clearance. These excuses didn't make sense and were unprofessional and disjointed. He kept changing his story and didn't make any sense.
Their customer support is absolutely lousy! Can't speak to a human being.
