Following a failed delivery at my address, the package was sent back to DHL eCommerce so that the parcel is sent back to the merchant. A questionable practice but here we are. It's been 2 months now since DHL has received the package with no movement. After looking into it, the tracking system indicated that the package was "destroyed". The worst delivery company. Even ups and fedex are better. DHL charges a lot of money but doesn't deliver the parcels. I set up a signature release service, so they can just leave my packages at the door, and guess what? They still didn't deliver anything, just kept sending me emails that I have to be home or pay for not picking it up. Oh, and they only deliver in the afternoon, but until 5 pm , so if you're working office hours, then sucks to be you. Even though the delivery address is clearly marked on the bill of lading, the drivers have twice delivered to the wrong address in one week! Instead it was delivered on the busier street ONE BLOCK OVER!! Their drivers either cannot read, or are just plain lazy. Am thoroughly disgusted with their service.
Package arrived open and empty with nothing inside i have a video shows when the delivery person threw the package at my door and flew in the air because it is empty. When they will stop stealing with package before they deliver it ? This is not the first time this happens.
