The young lady working was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly, helpful, and really knew what she was doing. She made the entire shipping process so simple and stress free. It's refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service! I'll definitely be returning for both my domestic and international shipping needs. Highly recommend this DHL location in Concord!
After some frustration trying to use the DHL website for shipping my package myself I decided to go to the service point on Clayton Rd. in Concord where Candice made the process a breeze! She was very pleasant while helping me navigate the complexity of sending a package to South Africa.
Excellent service. Candice was extremely courteous and helpful. I will definitely use this location again.
Very pleased with this location. And there aren’t a lot of DHL’s so this is a valuable location in my opinion, proximity wise. Thorough and friendly service, not busy and offers a coffee station while I waited. Candice helped me choose the best option for my package to my niece. By far the cheapest option for international shipping.
Quick, thorough service and friendly staff.
