My mother is this doctors patient. I was trying to get my first appointment with the office and they told me that they were not accepting "new patients." My insurance company had information that they were accepting patients and I designated this doctor as my Primary Care Provider. When they returned my phone call to inform me that they were not taking in new patients, the receptionist told me over the phone that the doctor will see me if I pay "out of pocket." The doctor is okay, but the customer service is terrible especially when you call. They often hang up on you and have a bad attitude. Terrible service, people are already calling in sick, the last thing they need is someone with an attitude to ruin their day further. Please learn how to handle calls professionally! The least you could do is pick the phone and ask us to please hold and we’ll gladly and kindly do so.
