On my first visit he was very thorough answering all my questions and explaining the procedure. Scheduled my surgery timely and his knowledge made me feel much more at ease.
I had to change my Gastroenterologist due to insurance issues but so happy to have Dr. Gulati as my Gastroenterologist. He is caring, spends time listening to me and does not feel rushed even on a busy day. I had a procedure with him and he explained the procedure in great details. His staff got back to me with results of the biopsies within 3 days. He was able to get to the bottom of my GI issues and I cannot be happier. Highly recommend!.
If I had a single positive thing to say, I would. But my recent experience has been horrible, scary, stressful, and I feel compelled to share it. This doctor over the last month has been at times unreachable, unresponsive to repeated calls and messages conveying distress and asking for help, uncaring. Severely lacking in all aspects of communication of rationale, plan of care, and compassion.
