They have been sent a referral 3 different times from 3 different doctors since October but still would rather you drop dead before scheduling an appointment...I am spent all day in the ER yesterday and yet they still would rather me wait a month and say "we haven't received anything". ER can't help me, they don't know how. Only Basu can and his staff is making it impossible to get in to be seen. I won't make it another month.

Dr Basu has an exceptional bed side manner, is very thorough and all about the comfort of his patients

This office never answer the phone to the point you have to reach out to the on-call nurse just to check on my appointment and the lack of care she has to help people. This review is just for the lady up front during check-in/check-out

Warning to new patients: the front desk experience may seriously affect your ability to receive care. Dr. Dhiman Basu is an excellent physician — knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, the quality of care is severely compromised by the front desk staff, particularly Taylor. The reception staff demonstrates a consistent lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic patient support.
