My husband has gone here for years and the service just has gotten worst. Terrible receptionist, terrible attitude over the phone, long wait times, my husband continues to complain every single time he goes and still nothing changes. I write this while I’m sitting in the lobby. I’ve been here for 2 hours. I am leaving and I will not be returning. My wait at the hospital hasn’t been this long. There were 2 people ahead of me when I arrived 15mins early for my appointment. I will not be returning if you are referred here run don’t come here and the girl at the front desk is rude and unpleasant. I should’ve listened when I read the reviews.
