This place is horrible. Like many of the other reviews, this one mainly discusses the horrible receptionist. I don’t understand how the miscommunication can be so bad. She was supposed to send out something so I can get a study done but when I contacted the place there was no order. Turns out she has my last name and date of birth wrong. BASIC PATIENT INFORMATION. Staff is unprofessional and rude
I’ve been going to Dr Basu for over 10 years. I love his NP, Staci. She is always so kind and caring. She takes excellent care of me and takes the time to listen and help me. Leslie at the front desk is wonderful. They always respond right away to my pharmacy and my refills are always handled promptly. I’m so grateful for all of them. I appreciate that I can get my blood taken right there in the office and the lady (sorry, I can’t remember her name) that does the bloodwork is amazing!
They have been sent a referral 3 different times from 3 different doctors since October but still would rather you drop dead before scheduling an appointment...I am spent all day in the ER yesterday and yet they still would rather me wait a month and say "we haven't received anything". ER can't help me, they don't know how. Only Basu can and his staff is making it impossible to get in to be seen. I won't make it another month.
