I don't like complaining but I went to dhillionz hoping to get a full head of highlights. I showed them some photos of the color and specifically asked them to go more warmer then ashier. I asked them to not cut my hair either. I am devastated as they cut my hair super short and died it really ashy almost grey color. It looks nothing like the photos when I asked and I told them and WALKED in with my curly hair and said I didn't want to much bleach because of damage, and they have killed my hair.
