My residence is at Primavera Apartments. My experience is that it is not managed as well as it could have been. I've been hospitalized with bacterial infection throughout my lungs as a result of a trash compactor that malfunctions and needs to be serviced every week instead of every 2 weeks. Due to the extreme hot weather, the decomposed garbage turns into a horrible odor and bacteria is breathing in as we dispose of our trash.
