My overall rating for my experience when working with DHI Mortgage would be a 7 out of 10. This is for the sole factor of when working with my assigned loan processor (Dhalia Urbina), it was the most unprofessional and stressful experience ever. On the week of closing, I got both an email and phone call from the loan processor stating that I needed to submit 5 or more documents before 5pm or I would not be closing that week. My experience with DHI has to be the most exhausting experience I have ever been through we previously got pre approved with another title company but ended up going with DHI because we wanted a new build and plus they offered $7500 incentives we signed our contract 4/23 told we we're pre approved we turn in all paperwork and paid off everything we we're told to pay given a closing date of 5/23 went to our walk through then our closing was pushed back until 6/15 then til 6/19 we we're constantly asking if we needed to do any... read more
