Tammy the receptionist is always warm and friendly and greets me with a smile.
I cant say enough great things about this location. Tammy is so warm and welcoming. Monika is so professional and efficient she made my signing quick and easy. I highly recommend.
The closing was efficient and very smooth. Everything went as planned without any issues. Everyone was very polite and professional and handled their business.
Less than stellar experience. If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t recommend. Title officer insisted they didn’t have proof of funds despite me having finished all the paperwork and the money gone from my account. I had to wait almost an hour for them to fix the error on their side. Very disorganized and disappointing. The title officer, Caleb, didn’t even talk to me or apologize. UPDATE: DHI doesn’t even care to respond it seems. Garbage place.
