I had a good experience here—surprisingly, the wait time was minimal, which I didn’t expect given the heads up by the builder and the sales consultant. The space felt a bit small considering the number of people coming in for closings. The staff were helpful and friendly, though a bit more energy in the atmosphere would’ve been nice, especially since it’s such a big moment for folks closing on their homes! It was thoughtful to have snacks and water available for visitors, and parking was fairly decent too
