Be careful. They are in such a hurry to get the pay work signed they don't pay attention. They didn't pay the annual HOA fees. Now I have to come up with 327 by the end of the month
Closing was scheduled at 3 pm. Elderly Buyer with a wheelchair, so it took her a lot of effort to come to closing. Once arrived she was informed they were running late. They did not close her until 7 PM! FOUR HOURS LATE! Very disappointed and it was completely inconsiderate of the title company to not reschedule prior to her arrival if they were going to be that behind of the scheduled time.
If I could give less than one star, I would. These people don't follow up, don't return phone calls, don't provide accurate documents in a timely fashion. I actually received my closing documents hours before the scheduled closing. - I just was advised by the Treasurer's Office in Escambia County, that they cannot record our deed as it is incorrect as well as the prorated taxes. I can't believe how incompetent this staff is. I love the house built, I just wish they provided to good title for it. Five weeks and counting!
As a local Realtor, this has been one of my worse closings in 20 years. First, total lack of communication. No one seems to answer the phones, even after sending multiple emails to make contact. My buyers has even less communication with your DR Horton lender. Then your mortgage company appraises the home at $50k below sales price but DR Horton only willing to come off the purchase price by $8k, and me the buyers agent to give up a contracted BONUS of $10k.
