Do not do business with Bernadette!!! Completely disappeared after my closing day,I tried reaching and texted her multiple times regarding who I make payments to,she told me to send a check to my original loan company now I owe new company money and my payment wasn’t received because of her wrong information.Had audacity to ask for referrals.
The loan process was so smooth. Cynthia is amazing. Closing was a breeze. The title company had great customer service and everyone was so nice. I definitely recommend them. Their warranty on the other hand is another story, but that’s not for this review. As for these stars, working with Cynthia and closing was a great experience. Cynthia deserves 10 stars for her hard work. Thank you for helping us get our home Cynthia!!!!
